At ISM, we’re looking for a Level 3 Project Technician who enjoys thinking, planning, and structuring solutions just as much as deploying them in real-world environments.

🚀Your Impact

Here, you don’t “just execute.” You move projects forward.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Take ownership of IT projects from start to finish, in collaboration with IT Directors
Participate in project planning (deliverables, timelines, budgets)
Deploy technology solutions for our clients (servers, networks, IT environments)
Act as a Level 3 technical reference when challenges become more complex
Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Quickly identify technical issues and propose practical, effective solutions
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and processes

In short: you play a key role in project success and client satisfaction.

🧩What You’ll Be Doing

Execute project tasks according to established plans
Work closely with IT Directors
Install, configure, and optimize software, servers, and network equipment
Perform security-related operations (VLANs, access rules, network configurations)
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support when needed
Perform required testing prior to production rollouts
Document environments, create procedures, and develop network diagrams

Strong experience in IT environments
Comfortable with project work, planning, and priority management
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable interacting with both clients and internal teams
Enjoys learning, sharing expertise, and working collaboratively
